You’re invite to join us at the Boyle Park Playground on Sunday 28 November from 10 am to 10.45 am, to learn some tips from local ecologist Gerard Dwyer on identifying native trees around Holt. This session will be suitable for beginners, both kids and adults alike.

Native Flowers
Have you seen these small, beautiful native flowers scattered across Boyle Park? These are Wahlenbergia (native bluebell), Goodenia pinnatifida (cut leaf Goodenia) and Vittadinia cuneata (Fuzzy New Holland Daisy). We are looking at how we incorporate these into the Micro-Forest too!

Holt Floriade Garden Working Bee
Floriade reimagined officially finished on Sunday 17 October. What a beautiful addition to the Holt Shops, especially during lock down. So, what’s next?We will be leaving the bulbs in the ground until flowering is complete and the leaves have withered.
