We are working with Thunderstone on four aspects of the Micro-Forest initiative. Thunderstone will be providing:
An Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment of Boyle Park Micro-Forest Site.
A Ngunawal Language Workshop for our community.
A Ngunawal language name for the Boyle Park Micro-Forest.
A combined food and cultural session co-hosted with Adam Shipp.
These are deeply meaningful steps in our journey to heal and care for our Country and community. It is part of how we acknowledge and respect the Traditional Custodians of the ACT, the Ngunawal Ngunnawal people, and learn from them too.
