A quick update on the topic of water stations!
This was raised at one of our community consultation sessions, it would be great to have a water station in our park.
We have contacted the appropriate team within the ACT Government to discuss the possibilities. The good news is that we have been placed on a list that will go through prioritisation in 2022-23.
Unfortunately however, as our park is so quiet, it’s unlikely we will be allocated one at the moment.
We have also asked about the cost of installing one ourselves, but with a price tag of $25,000 it’s just not feasible right now.
Perhaps sometime in the future! Finger crossed🤞
